How do I eliminate all counts that are a value of 1 in a cross-tab table. Client only wants to see count of 2 and above. I created a formula for the summarized field where count <> 1 but it does not work.

Also when I convert this cross-tab to a chart, I would like to show the value for 'count as percentage of total' for each category within the chart (I have that in the cross-tab but it does not show on the chart). Please see attached chart for example of what I am looking for.

Thank you,

Pam

You should be able to suppress values of 1 with a formula like this:

currentfieldvalue = 1

When you choose a count summary, you have the option of displaying it as a percentage of the total, so I'm unclear on the issue.

Thank you for your response.

So currentfieldvalue <>1 will work in my case since I do not want to show values of 1?. I will look into how/where to use it.

If you see my attached chart, it shows the percentage of total value _displayed within_ the chart - not sure how to display in that manner - I went through each and every chart expert option and do not see that format.

Thank you.

No, it should be "=" for a suppression formula. I did look at your chart. Please verify that your summary is a count. When you insert the summary, on the same screen is an option for using percentages. It actually looks like you are charting a running total, not a count though.
