Crystal and Business Vision

Hey I've been trying to edit some print reports using crystal and then using them in business vision... but once i edit the file at all, business vision says "unable to open".. i am losing my mind over this.. does anyone have ANY ideas on how i can solve this?

Contact Business Vision.

I suspect that they may be invoking these reports and expect a certain dataset that you've altered.

I'd like to call them.. but it says i need to purchase a support plan.. but i dont want to for such a small detail such as this.. any ideas?
