I have a Crystal 9 report containing 2 subreports. First subreport is in section Details a and second subreport is in section Details b. In the main report page header I have a Text Object which is populated from the GUI. What I am trying to do is suppress either Details a or Details b subreport based on what value is in the Text Object passed from the GUI. What I started doing is in Section Expert I suppress Details a or Details b, however i am not certain how to use the text object in the formula that evaluates the suppress condition.

Any help, suggestions and/or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance

I was afraid that was going to be the answer, however I will try populating the formula.

Thanks so much for the prompt response.
