When you use a SQL stored procedure as a data source for a report, the Parameter Field for any datetime values in the parameter list of the stored procedure defaults to prompting the user for both the date AND the time. Is there any way to just get the parameter field to prompt for the DATE only?

Thanks!

Use a String as the parameter data type and deal with the necessary conversion within the SP.

Yes that's how I had it before but then you lose the super-neato-fancy calendar date selector and have to rely on users getting the date format right. I think the answer is no - at least not in 8.5 or 9.0 - maybe 10! ; )

Thanks!
