When I try to re-schedule a report from the history screen using the 'R', I am getting an error message:
There was an error retrieving data from the server:'rpi.ReportParameters.Count' is null or not an object.
I cannot find a reference to re-scheduling in either Crystal 'Help' or in my Osborne Complete Reference.

This occurs when the output is Excel, but not when output is Crystal.

Thanks for the help!

Jim

Well I can't be of much help but I feel your pain. I have also had the same problem and I have not been able to figure it out. I have to assume you are using the Crystal Enterprise User Launchpad and have the APOS tool installed that allows you to rescedule with the "R". If that is the case you will not find any help in the Crystal Documentation or any external source like Osborne. I suppose you might be able to contact the folks at APOS for information.

The problem for me appeared after we installed a DST (Daylight Savings Time) patch to Crystal...it 'stepped on' a file necessary for the APOS rescheduling freeware to work.

If you have the same problem, try re-installing the rptschedule.csp file on your Crystal servers; works fine for me now.

You should post this in the crystal enterprise forum, not this forum which is a crystal reports forum.
