CRW32 caused exception 10H in module CRW32.EXE

This looks like it falls into the category of "funky software errors". Have you tried re-installing CR? If you have, then ensuring the integrity of the OS and supporting software wouldn't hurt.

we also had this problem some time ago, just download the upgrade. go to crystaldecisions website and look for the file
"SI867_7021b_setup.zip" for CR Version 7 with MR1
"sr858_8010c_setup.zip" for CR Version 8
