CRW 7 to Oracle 8.1.5 Parameters Change

I have SP which works fine. I added 2 more parameters to the Oracle SP and Crystal will not accept them. I do a verify - CRW does not respond. I run the report - the new parameters don't come up= error. Any ideas?

What do you mean here? Do you wait for it to finnish the SP? Does it say that the file is up to date? Ken Hamady

I've occasionaly run into some bizarre behaviour related to SCR and modified SP and incomplete reverifications. What did seem to work is a Database|Set Location, and using a NEW connection to your database, point your report at the stored proc.
I assume that you can
1) execute your stored proc successfully outside SCR
2) for testing only, create a new report with the modified SP as a data source to ensure SCR and the SP can talk to each other

Ken. CRW7 does not respond AT ALL. tis as if I never made the veryify database request.

Malcolm. Thanks. I'll try that. t is truely bizzare. The set location trick won't work, but a new report may. I'll let you know.
