CRW 32 error

I loaded Crystal 8.5 on a Windows 98 laptop. All is fine until I try to access an existing report.

I get a CRW32 error - HPBF0420.drv at 001a:0000693f.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Have you looked at:

and searched for any info related to that error?
