Crsytal Report Creating Old Office Version

Hi

I have an old VB6 application that integrates Crystal Report Reporter object.

It outputs a report to Microsoft Word, setting PrintFileType to crptWinWord.

My client has upgraded Word to Office 2003. They now get a message when the document opens in Word "You are attempting to open a file that was created in an earlier version of Microsoft Office. This file is blocked from opening this version by your registry policy setting".

Can anyone suggest a workaround? Could I 'simply' download and install latest relevant Crystal DLL?
