I would love any help people could offer on CRS (exam 9e0-851) and UCSAE (exam 644-101). In plain english, it's Customer Response Solution and Unity.

I've attempted CRS twice, getting 709 and 692 (passing is 790). I've been studying the product documentation and using a practice test from Boson, which gets me close but obviously there are some questions that are courseware specific.

I'm at Unity training this week, and I'm going to attempt the exam next week (I have Boson's latest exam for that, too).

If anyone has the CRS courseware, I would LOVE it. Otherwise, hints tips and ideas are deeply appreciated.

Just passed the Unity exam (644-101, UCSA/UCSE) with a 897 (passing was 700).

Two words: Test King.

While I believe I could have squeeked by without it, that really put me over the top.

Just in case anyone else out there is feeling my pain.

Well, bombed the CRS exam again (strike 3). I have been through the product documentation, CIPT course, Unity course, Boson and TestKing. Scoring in the 90%'s on both practice exams. Many of the questions in the exam appear on those practice, and I understand the concepts behind them. Now I'm trying to figure out what it is I'm not getting. Scores have been 709, 672, 717 (790 passes).

Hints appreciated. Feel like I'm talking to myself right now.
