Crosstalk in mailbox

User says when they playback messages they hear 2 way conversations have been recoreded in the mailbox. Several different conversations seperated by clicks in the same message. Has happened to one user several times over a couple days. Other users have reported the same but I don't have confirmation on it.

two ways for that to happen.. i can call your mb from a line with cross talk or you could have crosstalk on two channels of the voice mail.. i've never heard of that but anything is possible.. since they are zero jumper on your voice mail ports it would be the interface card

My money is on one or more inbound trunks with crosstalk.

that is always possible if the crosstalk is always from external and they are on analog trunks.. i've never heard crosstalk on a digital trunk.. and yes it could happen.. it's been a decade since i had to play with analog trunks but there are still millions of them in play in front of a digital switch
