Using CRXI - SQL

I have created a crosstab that shows 5 colums of data and subtotals by group. The first four columns totals SUM the respective column data. The 5th column is a productivity percentage created by embedding a formula from the report data into the text header of the crosstab column.

Everything is fine except I need the fifth column total to be an AVERAGE of the productivity percent displayed in the fifth column data. When I try to do this it changes the column data into averages too which I don't want. For now it is left blank.

Can anyone help with how to do this?
Below is an example. Its the total for the percent to be an average that I am looking how to do.

provider consumers contacts hours units percent
Jane 24 64 46.00 183 35.38%
John 32 66 48.75 171 37.50%
Totals 56 130 94.75 354 36.44

I should add that I got the productivity percent to display via report #53 of Hamady's Expert's Guide to Cross Tabs. I have bought all of his Guides and have found them to be VERY USEFUL!

Thanks in advance for everyone's advice!!

Can anyone direct me to a resource for this question?

This would be much simpler to do as a manual crosstab.
