Crosstab Sorting Question

I am using Crystal 8.0.1.0. I have a simple cross tab that displays workforce termination demographics. The rows reflect the age at termination and the columns reflect the years of service at termination. The sorting problem comes when < or > is used at the beginning of the calculated field name. For example >60 sorts after <25, whereas I would like for >60 to be the last row. How can I do this without having to ad an ordering character (a,b,c...) at the beginnning of each calculated field?

Help will be appreciated.
