What is the best way to produce a report based on a Crosstab query?

Since the query output columns change as the data tables change, errors occur in the report when a field specified in the report is not included in the crosstab query output.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
In the crosstab query's properties, list all the column headings that you want which will force a column even if there is no data. Then use the NZ function in your expressions.
