How would I do something like this

Product Barcode Jan Feb Mar Apr May
Apple 1234 1 1 1 1 1

Where I have multiple columns (product and barcode) with a single summary (months)

Hopefully this is possible with crystal X. I need the cross tab as the data will change as to number of Months I have to report and only report on the months with data.

What difficulty are you running into? You would add product and barcode as your row fields, date on change of month as your column field, and a count or sum of whatever you are summarizing (or maybe a maximum). What are you summarizing? You mention that it is a non-summarized column--try maximum in that case.

When you add the "barcode" to a row it then summerizes by that row also I don't want that. The only grouping by rows I want is by product, then have a column for barcode of the product then the summary fields.
When I Add the barcode field as a summary Max then it appears in every summary box to right, I only want it to appear once beside the product.
I can get close to the desired output if I where to do my row on a formula of product+barcode butthen I lose formating of have them in seperate columns.

If you add the barcode as a second row field, you can go to the customize style tab and select the barcode field->suppress subtotals. If the product has only one barcode, then that should be sufficient to give you the required results.
