Crosstab issue

i m new doing the cross tabs.In cross tab results some values are missing but when i run the sql in toad, its giving the results how i wanted. What might be the reason causing this problem in crystal cross tab report?

Use Crystal to show the detail lines: is the data you want actually being picked up? If not, check your report selection.

If that's not it, please clarify

How are the rest of us supposed to know what that means?

PS. It helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11, 2008 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.

Hi Madawc, Thanks for your response.
I mean, i wanted to see, the data whichever is coming in toad for the same sql qry, in crystal result as well. I figured it out by unchecking the Suppress Empty Rows in crystal crosstab expert - Customize style. Thanks for the reply.
