I have a crosstab query that I am exporting to a spreadsheet via the transferspreadsheet function. The information reported in the query starts with September of 2004 to present.

My problem is that the results start with 1/2005 in the first column, and then 9/2004, 10/2004, 11/2004 and 12/2004. Next month, it will be 1/2005, 2/2005, 9/2004 etc.

I would like the results to start with 9/2004 and progress through the present.

This is the syntax of the column header:
Expr1: Format([TNG_STT_DT],'mm/yyyy')

I am guessing that the answer is here.

Thanks for any help.

Have you tried this ?
Expr1: Format([TNG_STT_DT],'yyyy-mm')

Hope This Helps, PH.

Perfect!!! I did not try that as you can tell. Thank you very much. Sometimes it takes a set of fresh eyes to see the simplest things.
