Crosstab Export - Crystal 11

Hi

Using Crystal 11 and SQLServer 2000

I see that there are a number of posts for this already but no obvious answers - can anyone help?

I have a number of identical reports containing crosstabs which I connect to different customer databases on same SQL server.
These need to be exported to pdf and some export perfectly and others return a message - 'failed to export'

Can anyone explain this please.

Are you exporting manually or scheduled?
