Crosstab Crystal Report error while Refresh data

I have a cross tab report in the report footer. I am using Crystal Reports 2008. The report was working fine earlier. But now while the user is trying to refresh the data it is giving an error saying "Not supported"

It is working for some users.

when I remove the crosstab from the report, then users are able to refresh it.

Please help

When I Uninstalled and Re installed the Crystal Reports it worked :)
