Crossfires - Upgrading TN2302 Medpro's 1

We are upgrading our Medpro's and I can find little info on the Avaya website that describes what is involved - configs and settings etc.. Can anyone shed any light?

First you download the firmware to a c-lan with FTP and then from here to the Medpro.

Do a list config all 1st to see what version of firmware is now running.
