Cross tabs % summary

Hi,
I have a report in which i need to insert a crosstab.

               Region I               Region II
Milestone    Target  Actual  %   |  Target   Actual   %
   I           30      15    50  |  40        20      50
   II          30      9     30  |  40        24      60
   III         30      12    40  |  40        28      70
   IV          30      18    60  |  40        16      40

as you can see above I have create a cross tab, where Milestone is column in a table and region I include following states ( NY, NJ,PA) and Region II includes following states (OH,IL) and for each combination of milestone and state there is actual value and target value. i am showing sum of these values in the Target & actual column.
the problem is , I want to show % of Actul to Target in the % column

e.g milestone 1 target is 30 and actual is 15 i.e 50%. could you please suggest something , in order to achieve this.

same thing for Total summary of columns.
