Hi,

I have a cross-tab group by month for the columns. When I have no data in a particular month, it doesn't show in the cross-tab. Is there a way that I can have 12 months all the time?

Thanks,

Budjette [sadeyes]

You cannot do this using the cross tab expert. You will have to create a manual cross tab report. Group by your row field and then create twelve formulas of the type:

if month({table.date}) = 1 then {table.number} else 0

Sum these to the group defined by your row field.

There is more to it. You will have to control for the year as well. You can turn this into a rolling date report using a parameter for the start date.

Call if you need help.
