cross tab visibility

hi i have a cross tab object and i have that one in my report header however when i run the report it is not displaying properly...that last parts are getting cut ..please help..how should i make all the cross tab visible

I dont believe the last part is getting cut off but is probably being displayed on the next page. If you click on file -> page setup -> under orientation select the box for landscape. If you are still unable to view all of your data you can try making the text in the cross tab smaller in order to try fitting it into your screen. Otherwise you will have to click onto the next page to view your data.
