Hi,

I've had a good rummage round the other posts, but don't seem to be able to find any help on this one!

I have a cross tab that shows how long various queries, in days, have been in the database.

[pre]Column heading: Query Status Desc (various status's)

Row Headings: Dispute Type (Parameter Field)
Dispute Status (Parameter Field, 2 options - Completed or / and current)
[/pre]
I have totals for the columns and the rows for each group, and overall.

The problem is, that if only one dispute status is selected, I get the totals for that single line, which in effect duplicates the data, and doubles the size of the report.

My question is, if only one of the dispute status parameter is selected, either completed or current, is there anyway of suppressing the totals for the columns in that group? That way only one set of figures will be seen, but if both completed and current are selected, the totals for the columns will appear.

I'm using CR XI.

Thanks

Di

Hi,

you can make a TotalCount like this to suppress the Sum:
Code:
Count({table.nId})=1
