Need to conditionally suppress totals based on row name.

Right - click on the row total cell, and select Format - Field.
Use a suppress conditona like:

GridRowColumnValue ("Customer.Country") = "USA"

This works in Crystal 8. Is there an option for Crystal 7? This "GridRowColumnValue" is not accepted in Crystal 7.

Not that I know of. You are limited to conditions that are based on that cell's value. You can't refer to the row or column heading until 8. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting
