Cross-Tab Group Options - need week to be Tue-Mon 1

I have a crosstab in which I need to group by Year/Month/Week. I have no problem doing that using the default choices under the "Common" tab. The problem is that I am required to group the weeks from Tuesday to Monday and the default runs from Sunday to Saturday. Can someone please help?

For week, add a column using this formula:

{table.date}- dayofweek({table.date},crTuesday)+1

You do not need to order by change of week, since this already clusters dates by the Tuesday start date of the week.
