Crop Tool flipping image in PSP x3

New to Paintshop. Must have inadvertently changed a setting. When I import an image, select the Crop tool icon and then double click to accept the cropped area, my image flips.

Not seeing where to correct this. Thanks.

This has corrected itself. No clue how.

Yes, that's displayed when I select the icon.
