Hello. Can anybody recomend a CRM software that would integrate with IPO? Since the MS CRM Integration licence is not on sale anymore. Would like to have a software to take care of our customers and be able to call them from that same software.
We've used ACT! in the past, screen dialing worked great. We currently use SageCRM, that integration is very good too. Goldmine needs 3rd party software, so not ideal.
Hairlesssupport: would like to dial from the CRM software. I think the CRM should should be linked both with the database and with the IP Office. So the CRM would indicate the agent: "you should call Customer XX, are you ready?".
