Criteries on one window.

Hello everyone,

My teacher told me that criteries windows displayed when I run query MUST be in one window.

Query display factures for chosen person for chosen term (beginning date & ending date)

Now it on 4 windows: name, surname, beginning date, ending date.

Do You know how to do it in only one?

Use a Form and reference the controls as criteria.
