Crisis Alert - No Display 1

I have found an issue on a G3R11. This location uses Crisis Alert for 911 calls however when active, the Crisis-Alert button shows stars ****** instead of the extension which dialed 911.

Anyone have any idea why?

Is is for all 911 calls, or just from certain extensions?

What call information is logged in the server and is printed on the journal/schedule printer (if administered)?

I figured this out late yesterday afternoon - the users telephone DISPLAY LANGUAGE was set to "USER DEFINED". Once I changed this to ENGLISH the display information was correct.
