I keep on getting this message on 1 of our remote carriers. It doesn't affect the service. How can I fix this?

most likely getting errors on T1s. You can connect to MMI and view performance history to see what errors you might be getting.

I was receiving this error at one of my remote carriers after the carrier card was replaced.

Turned out that the card itself was not the same release as the original. I noticed by looking at a bayface I had done prior that included the part number and release of the carrier card.

After ordering and installing a card that matched the old release the CRI3302 and CRI3312 cleared.

This made my remote monitorer very happy! :)
