credit card machine and ars

Okay, forgive me for I am new to the phone system.
We have a branch location with 3 G700's with 24 analog lines coming in. now apparently from what i've been told we have a credit card machine that rolls between 3 of those analog phone numbers via ars. the problem is that the credit card machine only works intermittently. now i have the 3 numbers that the machine is rolling between, but how could i go about testing or seeing what the problem is at this point?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I would restrict the machine to one number at a time. Does the the credit card machine have an analog extension assigned to It? If so do a list trace station command on it's analog extension. If it does not do the list trace station on the one analog line and then move to the next until all three are tested and working correctly.
