now for the past 2 days i haven't been able to burn a cd
this keeps popping up in the middle of burning the cd then it says Creator 50 has caused an error in Kernell32.DLL or Creator50 has caused error in CREATOR.DLL

i can't figure it out i mean i uninstalled it and reinstalled the Easy CD Creator 5 Basic and it still doesn't work
i tried to use another program to burn and it still didn't burn a whole CD. i was hoping someone could help me i'm having a series of problem with my computer

i run Windows ME if that helps
i wanted to restore my computer to it's original state without all the excess files but it doesn't let me either when i go to the system restore it says

The shortcut "System Restore.Ink' refers to a location that is unavailable. The locvation could be on a hard drive on this computer , on a network, or on a different computer on your home network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the internet or home network, and then try again

one time i posted here and u asked me to show u guys this so i don't know exactly what to do with it as i don't really know to much of the technical side of things
