I need to create a Voice Menu Tree for an existing DN/TN (2616) set. They want to be able to dial into this, hear a voice say: Please press 1 for Tom, Press 2 for Dick, Press 3 for Harry...etc and have a revert DN set so when they dial they can get a person to talk to. I read a little on setting this up in the Mermail (12), but I'm not comfortable going blindly into this...Can someone please give some advice? Thanks!
