creating skills

Can someone tell me what command on a G3 is issued to create skills? Skill numbers were created on our switch but I don't know how/where they were created.

I'm looking for the skills that are added to an agent id login.
 
The hunt groups are the skills. "Change agent 1234" lets you assign or change what skills the agent has.

I to was going to try to devote some time to this this week.

I see nothing in my MultiVantage about skills except when I do a 'list bcms skill'

I see nothing in the hunt group concerning skills nor on a 'cha stat xxx' form.

Also do have the option of 'cha agent'

This is a new MultiVantage system.

On the second page of the hunt group you'll find a field that can make your hunt a skill. You must have EAS, expert agent selection.

So your telling me that the skill I select when I am editing an agent login using the "change agent-login xxxxx"
command is actually a hunt group?

Yes it is.... On your agent ID you can determine the skill level to the various hunts...
