Hi There,

Is there a way of creating shortcuts from outlook 2003 straight on to the desktop for instance for a contact folder or calendar?

Help Appreciated

Richard

Hi rdfdr78,

Open Outlook and minimize the window so you can see the desktop. Click on the Calendar folder in the Folder pane. Hold down the Ctrl key and click and drag the Calendar folder to the desktop. That creates the shortcut I think you're looking for. You can repeat this for Contacts.
