Creating Short Code to restrict LD

How do I create a short code to restrict Long Distance dialing? An example would be great.

If 4.0 or higher, you will add the SC in your ars table as follows:

SC 1xxxxxxxxxx (10 x's for LD string)
Tele Blank
Feature Busy

Make sure you delete the 1N shortcode and anything else that will conflict LD dialing.

newer releases can also use restrictions and then you can set it up for specific area codes and then assign it to the users you like it to have, or not to have (sounds like Shakespeare)

I looks like that SC will restrict any 10 digit #

How do I allow 800, 866 etc the be dialed for users that have the restriction?

and then have 19xx
busy
and so on

busy
