I have programmed AUTO keys on the consoles, key 1 thru 9 are 800#s and i am creating Extension Detail Reports of the consoles to see the number of outgoing calls using these keys. I only see a few on the reports, I should see many, dozens of outgoing calls to these 800 #s. Any help is appreciated, I needed these results yesterday. Thank you.

If these are calls from extensions that the attendant has transferred to an outside line then I don't think you are going to see the CDR tally for the attendant. The records will show for the individual extensions.

If the attendants are simply dialing the numbers without doing any transfers then you might be looking at the wrong "extension".

Might help if you mentioned something about which CDR product you are using. The best you may be able to do is a report on the individual 800 numbers.

Thank you. I'm creating Extension Summary Reports using TM. For the extension, I use 01, for console 1. These are inbound calls that "0" out of the auto attendant to the console, then they are transferred to one the the AUTO keys. The AUTO keys transfer to caller to a programmed 800#. I believe the report should capture these transferred calls to these 800#s. I'm seeing a few of them, but no way near enough.

When you sugguest doing a report on the individual 800 #s, how would I create that type of report?

Thank you for your response.

Sorry, I can't help with much TM call detail reports. There ought to be a way to report on calls to specific numbers but I'm not sure. Or maybe export the records to a csv file and open in excel if it's not too many records.

I really appreciate your help. Thank you for responding. i'll keep trying...
