Creating "Download Headers in inbox" button in outlook 2007?

Hi,
I have been wondering for some time and can not figure it out, is there a way to create a button that would download the headers to my inbox, without me having to go in my inbox, roll down the send and receive menu and select download headers in this folder?

right-click on any tool and choose Customize
On the Commands tab, on the left side, choose Standard
On the right side, find your command and drag it to a toolbar.

Hi Lilliabeth,
thanks for your prompt help. I did get so far myself, but it will only allow one to create a button "download headers to THIS folder", whereas I would like if the button was "download headers to INBOX", so that I do not have to leave the folder I am in, as long as I am only checking if there are any headers to download.
