I want to design a button that will allow the creation of a calendar appoint in the PUBLIC, not local Outlook folders. An example would be if I wanted to remind myself to change a person's preferred address back to his po box after one month, I could hit this button, it would create a new outlook calendar items, with the subject "Change John Doe's Preferred Address". Allow then for notes to be typed in, and the date to be set for reminder. Put have the calendar item pointing to the public calendar, so that the entire office staff will be able to see this item. Any thoughts? I guess the focus of the question would be the procedure for tapping into the public folders. Thanks in advance for any and all help!

You know...when I read this, it sounds like I've posted in the wrong area. Let me clarify. I want to create the public Outlook Calendar item from my ACCESS FORM. I guess I wasn't clear when I wrote that. Sorry. I need a button on my form that will generate the Outlook calendar item in the PUBLIC folders area. Thanks again.
