Newbie needs help. Want to make a info request form for website. I Use Dreamweaver 8 - Any help is appreciated.
Do I make a new ASP Javascript file - make my form (including a couple of pulldowns) in there and simply upload to my web host?
Thank you.

The specific code will depend on which service is available from your host.

Before you write any code, check to see what email provider your web host provides for use by scripted pages. They may have some comercial product already install and, if not, may be willing to install the free SMTP service that comes with Windows IIS.

In my web site directory on the host server, I have a directory "aspnet_client", so this led me to choose using the asp javascript, si that a reasonable assumption to get started or should I ask them first?
If it's a go, what next?
Thanks again
