I'm trying to create an MCR dn on key 3 of all the operator sets in a call centre. key 0 has an acd ID.

I'm doing this through MAT and I get sch0369 (function conflicts with existing call arrangement)

I can set SCR for that number fine, but need it to be MCR

does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

thanks in advance

John

jrdfap,

To assighn a MCR there are at least two requirements 1.the DN can not be on a 500/2500 set 2.the DN must not be programed as ACDN, SCR, SCN, ect.

You will need to null all appearances of the DN you want to make MCR and program it as a MCR once all other SCR and SCN appearances are removed.

One more thing... Make sure that 1. the ACD phone or phones need to be loged out and 2. the the ECHG prompt do not enter YES, just <cr> or you will have some big problems. Been there got the T-shirt, not a good day.
