I am quite proficient with vba in Excel and VB6, but I've never written any code in Outlook.

I do have a need to create some macros in Outlook. I constantly have to type a few sets of canned answer to customer's inquiry. I would like to create those answer in a module and create an icon in the toolbar where I would click and have the proper wording automatically filled in to the open email.

Can someone help me started?

Thanks.

well the thing i can advise you is that you can create a signiture with what ever you want and then isert the signature

I will try my best to help others so will others do!!!!!

That would work if I only have one canned answer.

I have multiple answers though. Need to create the macro and a choice box to select the proper text to put in.

Still looking for help.

Thanks.

The multi signatures work.
Thanks.

I'd still like to learn more in vba programming outlook though.
