Creating hyperlinks to windows commands 1

Hi,

Is it possible to create hyperlinks to windows commands. I am looking for the Find command (ie. Windows+F). If this is possible is there a web site with a list?

I seem to vaguely recall a command which opened that little window, but I can't remember it.What browsers are you supporting?
