Creating Drill Down Options

Need to create a drill down option where a user can select a group and the remainder of the groups will disappear.

You need to explain more about what problem you are encountering. If you are using drilldown, then when you double click on a group heading to drilldown to hidden details, a new tab opens up displaying only the results for that group, so in effect the other groups disappear. How does this differ from what you want to happen?

I cannot figure out how to create the drill down option itself off of a group. So I have a report grouped by country, and I want the user running the report to be able to chose a country they want to run the report on using a drill down option, OR they can choose to run the report on 'all' countries.

Drilldown is activated when you hide (not suppress) sections.
