Is there any way to have groupings come up side by side as opposed to one after another. I have tried with a crosstab but that wont work for this.

Here is what I wiould like it to look like:

Group1 Group2 Group3
detail detail detail

as oposed to it looking like this:

Group1
detail

Group2
detail

Thanks!!

Go to format / sections...

Choose your Details section.
Choose "Format with Multiple Columns" (at the bottom of the list on the right) - a Layout tab will appear. On this tab, set your column widths and check the Format Groups with multple columns.
If you want your groups to only start at the top of columns, choose the group footer for that group. Check the "Print at bottom of page" option.

I am suppressing the details and only shwong groups. I guess that would not work.

It will still work - the detail sections are still there - i.e. Crystal still sees them.
