Creating an Outlook distribution list

I have an Access 2003 database in which I have a list of email addresses in a table. I would like to create a distribution list in outlook from that table.

I have been looking in all kinds of reference books, but I can't find anything that shows the interface with Outlook. Any help would be appreciated.

Export the table to Excel, then use the import/export feature in outlook.
