Creating an integrated W2K Pro SP4 IE6 install CD

Is there a way of creating a Windows 2000 Pro install CD with both Service Pack 4 and Internet Explorer 6 integrated.

I can make an integrated W2K with SP4 install CD boot i'd really like IE6 to be installed too. Having to separately install IE6 after every W2K install is really annoying!

Can anyone advise me on how to do this?
