Creating an Index

Hi,

I have a legal document consisting of many names, which I wish to incorporate into an index. Rather than highlighting each repetitive name, and manually adding these names into the index, I am wondering if this process can be automated. So, I could highlight a name, and pagemaker will perform search, adding each highlighted name into my index. Is this possible?
