Hi all,

I have a number field (hours) which when it reaches a certain number that is programmed in, I want a warning to show on that form that the required no of hrs has been reached.
How can I do this?

Many thanks,

Ken

You may consider the Timer event procedure of the form.

Hope This Helps, PH.

Hi the Aceman1,
Many thanks for your input. Yes I know how to use the condional formatting. But how do you write the expression so that the condional formatting works. I have tried various expressions with no luck,...

kpryan . . .

In Conditional Formatting:
[tt] Set 1st Combobox to: Field Value Is
Set 2nd Combobox to: greater than or equal to
Enter your limit value in the textbox[/tt]
