Creating a warning on a field 1

Hi all,

I have a number field (hours) which when it reaches a certain number that is programmed in, I want a warning to show on that form that the required no of hrs has been reached.
How can I do this?

In form design view click the field, then, MenuBar - Format - Conditional Formatting . . .

Many thanks for your input. Yes I know how to use the condional formatting. But how do you write the expression so that the condional formatting works. I have tried various expressions with no luck,...
